We had another successful Easter Exhibition this year. The weather was better than we could have hoped for, perhaps a little too good for anything happening indoors as people want to spend more time out and about in the sunshine.

However visitors were treated to a larger display this year as we had more crafters exhibiting their local crafts, and as you can see from the photographs taken, both paintings and crafts were of a very high standard.

The refreshments always go down well as you cannot beat homemade cakes and scones, and we had a wonderful selection of these provided by club members.
As usual the donations towards The Great North Air Ambulance was over a £100 and that has already gone to that marvellous charity whom do such a good job in areas like North Northumberland. We also had a raffle, two watercolour paintings one won by a gentleman in Berwick and the other to a lady in Crookham.
I hope perhaps you were one of the visitors this year and that you enjoyed it and we look forward to next year’s Exhibition and perhaps seeing you again.
